Kid Answers Other Students' Questions for Professor

Today, I purposefully waited outside the class until that kid chose a seat, just so I wouldn't have to sit next to him. I can't afford to lose my hearing.

The professor announced our first midterm is in 2 weeks and asked if there were any questions.

Another student: "Do we need to know everything in chapters 1 through 4?"
Prof: "Yes."
Kid: "HA! If he goes over it, you need to know it!"

Prof: "What is the sample variance?"
Kid: "1 over n--"
Several students: "No, it's 1 over n-1!"
Kid: "WHOOPS I mean 1 over n-1."

Prof: "If variance is 0, then the shape will be a circle."
Kid: "No it isn't, that's wrong."

Another student: "Professor, if the correlation is 1, then how will the shape look?"
Kid: "It'll be a line."
Prof: "Yes, it'll be a line."

I thought it was hilarious that so many students were willing to jump in to correct his mistakes (including myself). ;)
